I hope they will improve. They definitely don't go the extra mile like some of the other Tim Hortons in town. They have the drinks in little grab racks, which, while meant to make it convenient somehow for you, just end up with a bunch of banged up milk containers that every other customer ignores. Despite how open and available they keep their drinks for everybody else to touch however, God help you if you want a napkin. They are neither put into your bag, nor available anywhere in the store unless you go back in line and ask them for some (those they keep hidden away). Just a bunch of weird decisions from a management team that I'm guessing it is slightly out of touch.

Had lunch with some Friends and the food was good but the hot chocolate I had was watery and I had to ask for a new one.

Workers sound miserable lol coffee has grounds in the cup sometimes. Maybe they should have a cup to start off their shift lol

I have not been to Tim Horton's, my former go-to place for coffee, since all the issues around penalizing staff due to the minimum wage increase. I am SO disappointed in the entire company.
