Tim Hortons

This morning i passed by Tim Horton to get myself a medium latte coffee and a Tim Matin.Im a regular customer and by going through the drive thru your promotion of 3$ breakfast and coffee was refused and i was charged 7.65 including taxes .I was told the hot latte coffee isn't included by your server and its only on regular coffee for the promotion to be applied and she denied me and askes me to pay the regular price..Its unfortunate that your cheating many customers to pay after Tim Hortons is promoting the promotion on TV and social media and on there site.

This place needs a Team Leader or a Supervisor or someone with some kind of authority because they really lack coherence. I ordered a black coffee and 2 sausage timatin on english muffin at the drive thru. They got the black coffee right, both timatins were missing the sausage meat.nLast time I went here, I ordered a turkey sandwich, and the turkey was still wrapped in PAPER in my sandwich. And I have many other bad examples about this place, I work nearby so I go there on breaks. The place is most of the time dirty, long waiting times while there`s always someone in their staff just talking nonsense, laughing, giggling.

bagel all burnt, I dont understand how this can be sold

I would like to ask the owner how would he feel if he received his bagel after waiting a long line in the drive-through. This isn’t even the first time!

second review - it seems like everywhere else customers services = last thing they consider when teaching their employees what they should consider!!! will never go this PLACE ANYMORE / WHICH IS LIKE WHAT WE COULD SEE WHEN LOOK CAR SERVICES = ALMOST ALWAYS EMPY NOW! THEY ARE GETTING WHAT THEY DESERVED!
