McDonald's

I ordered on uber precisely June 7 1:31AM and on my order i noticed that every time the delivery person is not able to pick up the order forcing them to cancel it & then i have wait for uber to find another delivery person just for the same thing to happen again .I contacted the last delivery person that uber found and he said that the employees are saying the store is closed. THEN WHY IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE APP. Better yet why not cancel the order instead of making me wait hours until uber cancels it automatically if i cancel myself there’s a fee. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times NO ANSWERS. This is a joke it is EXTREMELY annoying this deserves worse than a 1 Star.nI hope to get a response/ explanation very soon to this review.

The restaurant in itself is fine, as is the quality of service. But the drive-thru is absolutely atrocious! Even though it is very curvy which forces you to drive slowly, the amount of massive potholes make them impossible to avoid. My car scraped in a pothole big enough to hide a child.

The person who took my order, who seemed to be the manager, had an unpleasant attitude. When I politely asked about a missing sauce, she touched my food with her hands, which was really disgusting. The lack of hygiene was unacceptable, and unfortunately, I had to throw away my meal. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's.

After going to this restaurant dozens of times, I think the last time I went being yesterday was one of the worst experiences. I made an order at the interactive ordering stations, got my receipt and went to the counter. My first observation was it being jam packed. When I was at the counter, the manager told the employee to stop taking orders and basically screamed at me and a guy behind me to go take out orders at the interactive ordering stations. The guy behind me passed me and took my place or so I thought. The manager came a second time and screamed the same thing a second time so the guy that took my place took my defense and told him that I had already ordered and they should come and take my receipt. Eventually someone did come and took my receipt and it took about 10 minutes for my order to be prepared. The mean was mid: fries weren’t completely cooked and the wrap was missing ranch. I didn’t like the fact that the manager was screaming at customers and employees tho. The bathrooms were decently clean and the restaurant was clean as well. The parking is decently big but because of the snow mountains blocking most of the parking spots, they’re limited. The drive thru is busy almost all day sometimes. There is a playing area with slides and tunnels for children to play in and there are also 1-2 tables of air hockey.

This place always give me trash food.. This time my poutine was completely ice cold. My Big Mac was also very cold. They also put an incredible amount of sauce that was just leaking out of my BigMac. Also found 2 weird pieces that are red and dark purple if you look in my picture. They don’t look edible… be careful. This is absolute trash. I will only be going to A&W from now on. At least they buy their food from Gordon food service. McDonald’s trash food comes from the McDonald farm and god knows !!!! Trash.
