McDonald's

Sunday at 3PM. Shame on you McDonald’s more and more of your restaurants are filthy. No ice in the soda machine, but plenty of flies buzzing around the coke machine. All the garbage bins are at full capacity. The floors are so dirty there is a trail of grease going outside more than 50 feet long. Please see my posted pictures. Restroom smells like urine. Congratulations!!!!! You are serving food at this location.

After placing my order, I politely asked for a Coke refill — was immediately shut down with a firm “no refills” and a stare that could chill ice. Not sure what was colder, the look or the vibe. I wasn’t asking for much, just a bit more Coke, not a handout. Definitely not the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

After going to this restaurant dozens of times, I think the last time I went being yesterday was one of the worst experiences. I made an order at the interactive ordering stations, got my receipt and went to the counter. My first observation was it being jam packed. When I was at the counter, the manager told the employee to stop taking orders and basically screamed at me and a guy behind me to go take out orders at the interactive ordering stations. The guy behind me passed me and took my place or so I thought. The manager came a second time and screamed the same thing a second time so the guy that took my place took my defense and told him that I had already ordered and they should come and take my receipt. Eventually someone did come and took my receipt and it took about 10 minutes for my order to be prepared. The mean was mid: fries weren’t completely cooked and the wrap was missing ranch. I didn’t like the fact that the manager was screaming at customers and employees tho. The bathrooms were decently clean and the restaurant was clean as well. The parking is decently big but because of the snow mountains blocking most of the parking spots, they’re limited. The drive thru is busy almost all day sometimes. There is a playing area with slides and tunnels for children to play in and there are also 1-2 tables of air hockey.

I usually take out at the curbside almost every week.nNOT ONCE the order was correct.nThere is always something missing or they mix up orders. I have never seen such incompetence in my life.nNEVER do McDelivery or else your Big Mac will be missing.

We bought an Big Mac and it came with a hair on it. It was really disgusting.nAnd today I came to take an order on Friday at 12 25 am o'clock, I waited for 50 minute even though there were only two cars in front of me, the staff is very slow, the service is insufficient
