Tim Hortons

Service is usually always kind and my BLTs are alway delicious! !nHOWEVER, I want to raise a concern to the manager as I would  safely assume they are the ones responsible.nEven before the renovations I have mentioned this before to a cashier, the handicap door for entering and exiting outside is NEVERRRRR functioning because it is kept locked you can hear and see it, it is not a malfunction.nToday, After watching a family struggle to get out ahead of me, and having repeated difficulties myself while using a stroller, I finally asked the cashier to ask the manager to get the door unlocked. This wasn't just for my own convenience. There were two gentlemen using walkers behind me who would have faced the same challenge. Unfortunately, when I made the request, the cashier exchanged a look with her collegue, and did a small laughed between themselves. Clearly the manager was never informed. Or this is most likely a very poor management decision and the staff is told in advance about it and they get complaints often about it. In either case, I find it a ridiculous how long it has been with no access and management needs to remember to unlock those doors sonthe handicap button can work

It's a nice clean Tim Hortons location ! However, the service is extremely slow but food was decent ok They forgot to put utensils and missing item in our order had to go ask for a spoon and ask the missing wrap We've ordered 3 wraps missed 1 of the wrap.nnNot the best Tim Hortons experience I've been so far but it's okay if I'm not in a hurry and I suggest to double check the items before leaving the store.

Service is really slow!!!!! workers walks very slowly, prepping the stuffs so slow with no energy. Making customer waiting a long time. Only positive point is this tim is renovated.

Tim's on Maurice-Duplessis donuts are crap. I purchased a dozen that appeared fresh, but I was so wrong. Had to throw them in the trash. They produce so many that they just dry out throughout the day. They need better control of their product.nnVery disappointed customer!

As a former tim worker from another tim , this tim hortons' food is definitely fresh! The rice is fresh, the chicken was not hard or dry. The lady that took my order is so sweet and the whole staff that i saw and interacted with were kind, courteous and friendly. The only con for this tim is the long service, the wait was long even thought there weren't a lot of clients, other than that this is a great spot to chill around or study
