Story time: We placed an order one month ago on Doordash DD. We were craving some McFlurries one oreo, one smartie, and one cookie dough confetti while binge watching the Blacklist you should totally watch it if you have not seen it. Anyway, we placed the order and our driver was so disoriented. He was going in circles to find us...he finally did...however, we were dissatisfied. Instead of providing us with 3 McFlurries, we got 3 chai frappés....I do not know what the employees at McDonalds were thinking... We contacted DD as the restaurant made a mistake, and we attempted to reorder...and what did we get this time you might ask? THREE MANGO SMOOTHIES? If you guessed that, you would be correct. Why is that a bad option you might ask? Well, my sister is deadly allergic to mangos. So we threw them all out.nnMoral of the story, 0/2 correct orders. We even left a voicemail with the restaurant and no one ever got back to us. If you want good ice cream, it is worth to pay a bit more and go to the Italian place on Gouin. I order veggie burger and told girl to give me fresh please but instead of giving me fresh one they give me very cold burger this is not the first time .it was on Sunday evening. We go there every Sunday .

Crowded and noisy, in part due to a strange layout. Service is decently quick, but you have to ask for napkins, straws and ketchup repeatedly because they will forget them when handing you your order.

Ordered a trio big Mac, but changed the fries for the Waffle fries.nnThe food itself was okay. The big Mac tasted like a big Mac. The limited edition Waffle fries unfortunately didn't meet the hype from the ads. The ones I got were just okay, not very crunchy.nnThe ordering process was somewhat painful. Order timeout is very very short now, at most 30 seconds before it prompts you if you're there. The machines were mostly only partially functionnal. Out of 4, two had dead scanners and the third had a dead printer. Maybe the fourth one worked but I have no idea.nnOrder processing speed was decent. Cleanliness was okay.

A Big Mac! It’s suppose to have 2 pieces of beef, I received 0 beef! The employees were too distracted talking about their vacation on the beach! Absolutely incredible! Wow, a new low! Score this, they tend to forget to complete your properly, it’s happen 2 times I was missing a cheeseburger! I always order 3, got 2 and only find out when arrive back at work !
