Tim Hortons

It says it's open 24 hours a day. My husband is a truck driver and went to the door at 5:40 am and a sign said that only the drive through was open. The doors wouldn't be open till 6 am. Sorry he can't take his truck through the drive through. :( That's discrimination. He wasn't very happy.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. After arriving from a late delayed flight, we went to the only place near our hotel with food and were surprised to find that at 11:30pm, there were only 2 staff working for a busy restaurant and a drive-thru. There was no chicken for wraps, no potato fries and a very poor selection of pastries. We were told by the very pleasant, but very overworked staff, that there are always only 2 people scheduled in the evening so they are unable to cook many of the food items. Since they are open 24 hours, I asked them when they would next be serving chicken (grilled or breaded for their sandwiches) and they said tomorrow morning at 10am! The restaurant was full of people looking for food. An airport staff member said that they often can't get food there on the night shift because it is so understaffed. Surely another staff member would pay for themselves with the added revenue from sandwiches. Ridiculous. I hope the franchise owner is held accountable for this problem.

Extremely rude staff. Got a crispy chicken wrap that was not even put together and did not get what I ordered in my coffe.

Staff behind counter ( two young men) seemed disinterested. Tables and counters cluttered with dirty dishes and garbage.around 3P.M. SATERDAY OCT. 14. Un appetizing place to enjoy coffee and and sandwich

Staff, or at least my server, was discourteous and screwed up the order. It just isn't that hard to get it right....
