Ordered grilled cheese but received a burnt sandwich. Asked to change but has been literally insulted by behavior. Worst customer service ever seen in Tim Hortons restaurants, employees are totally rude. By the way, this is for the Tim Hortons after the security check at YHZ.

Under construction, but at 5:30am in an airport, surprisingly, there were no lines, the staff were friendly, coffee was hot, and the sandwiches were fresh!
