Tim Hortons

I'm not a Tim's fan. But it is a safe stop for traveling alone with clean bathrooms. Unfortunately my made to order croissant egg, bacon and cheese was miserable not hot but r melted cheese. My kid loves their fresh tim bits though.

Please hire some more staff for sunday rush. We made a bad choice going to this location. First we ordered Croissant waited good 10 mins and then when asked we were told that its out now. Ordered 2 dd dr got only 1, person who took the order didnt enter 2. And ordered everything bagel toasted with herb n garlic cheese with hashbrown, i was hoping that should be fine, but same thing happened again, dont have my hashbrown in bagel noticed when reached my place, 20 mins away. Please please please impryour service and hire more staff. Stop saving on pay, stop worrying about your profits. Give consumers what they paid for.

I waited in line with no one in front of me for 15 minutes before someone took my order. 12 staff members all worrying about the drive thru customers and no one worrying about the line up building in the store. It took a total of 22 minutes to get two ice coffees. Worst service of my life!

Worst service I’ve seen ever. I came to wait for the counter service for nearly 15 minutes, and couldn’t wait longer went elsewhere. They had a huge staff on, none were helping the customers waiting in line. Watching the staff goof around making smile cookies was the top priority in that moment. I think all the customers in the line could agree on getting your staff to have a better system, as most were chatting away, or not giving a bother there’s a line out the door not helping out the front of the house customers seriously.
