Tim Hortons

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons and I've never left any sort of a bad Google food review in my life, but this drive-thru visit was really disappointing.nnThe line was long, but when we placed our order for two Chicken Cilantro Lime Bowls and a donut, the staff member put it in as one chicken wrap instead. By the time we got to the window, we had to get it corrected—which we appreciated, but it held up the line even longer. It made a bit more sense as to why the service seemed slow.nnThe real issue came when we finally got our food about another 10–20 minutes later. The bowls were carelessly made, one of them barely half full, like the ingredients were just thrown in without any effort. To make matters worse, we didn’t even get napkins. We’ve ordered this exact bowl many times at other Tim Hortons locations and have never had an experience this poor before.nnThis location really needs to work on accuracy, consistency, and care in food preparation.

Food looks dry and unappetizing, friendly service !! And dirt every where bags and napkins on floor coffee stains on ledge people are laughing instead of doing there job. I do not approve. Icecapp took 15 mins and didn’t even give me a straw

Incredibly slow service... A herd of turtles would be able to make coffee faster then this location. Yesterday, after I paid for my coffee. Had to wait 45 minutes just to end up leaving without my purchased items.nnEdit: I did email Tim Hortons that same day. Case number 4330503. Tim Hortons customer service stated the manager would be in contact which that did not occur as of now.

Google really needs to add an option to not give any stars at all! Because that is what I would give this Tim Hortons!nnI’ve been going to them for years. I’ve always had issues, but I don’t expect amazing customer service or anything. All I want is my coffee made right but apparently that is way too much of an expectation lol!nnFirst things first they send employees out on the floor who are not fully trained, and have no idea how to make the specialty coffees which results in the coffee’s Being made wrong… I totally understand mistakes can happen but when your employees are not getting the proper training and then you guys still have the nerve to charge six dollars plus tax for a coffee that is what I can’t get down with… And I know for a fact they’re not trained because I had one of the girls admit to me that she didn’t watch her training videos lol so great job Tim’s on making sure your employees are trained!nnThe biggest issue I had was over a month ago. I came through the drive-through once again was handed a cold brew that looked like an iced coffee. My husband and I asked if it could be remade to resemble the cold brew that we had paid almost 6 dollars for and I’ve also drank these probably 100 times in my life. I know what they’re supposed to look like and it’s just another example of an employee not being trained. Not a big deal! The guy in the window was super friendly, said he would remake it no problem. He walked away and then all of a sudden the supervisor. Tara popped her head in and started screaming at me. To the point that my husband had to inject himself and be like what are you going on about… All because I asked for them to remake my coffee she literally attacked me and screamed at me in the drive-through because I wanted what I paid for! I can promise I was not being rude I just wanted my coffee correct . I have never seen somebody on such a power trip in my life. You are a nighttime Tim Hortons supervisor calm down… She demanded for me to come and try to do their job. I’ve done it I’ve worked at Tim’s before. She said I was no longer welcome there while she continued to humiliate me and berate me. The whole restaurant heard it. The employees Apologized profusely for her behavior, which they did not have to do because it was her behavior, not theirs… When I contacted management about it, they said they were going to do something and I’m quite confident they did not because when I went in the other day to pick up mynOrder I overheard two women talking about a bad experience. They had the night before, and something tells me it was Tara! She’s so rude and can’t control herself. It was a very humiliating experience. The restaurant owner apologized to me along with the Manager, but when Tara was screaming at me, she told me the manager would have her back through and through and to call her. There was nothing to have this woman’s back over. I just wanted my coffee made correctly. She popped her head in the window. She started screaming at me. She caused a scene.nnClearly management giving me a $50 gift card is going to rectify the situation. They can take their gift card and shove it because I’m seriously not impressed and she’s still up to no good and I dare her to scream at me again because it’s not gonna go the way it did last time.

when i pulled up to the speaker, no body told me ‘one second’ or ‘i’ll be right with you’ they let me sit there for 6 minutes before taking my order. when i finally got my order taken the person sounded like he didn’t even care to be there or to take my order. once i finally got my food, it was half assed made and barely had any chipotle sauce on it for flavour. this tim’s has gone down hill so fast especially where they’re only hiring kids. or that’s what they seem like their doing.
