Good service. But now I understand why I'm paying more for my coffee. There are a minimal of 10 staff behind the counter and still I have to wait 10 minutes to be served with only 2 people in front of me in line. And respect for the older generation that works there, they work harder than the youngsters there.

Someone gave me a sandwhich that they had given to another customer by mistake they left with it returned it then handed it to me. Absolutely disgusting

Drive thru times must be terrible pretty slow. But that's not my problem my problem is that everytime I get a everything bagel with plain cream cheese there is a funny taste pretty sure they are selling rotten cream cheese or the bagel are bad either way I have not once in the 3 months since I've been going here have got a bagel that taste half decent waste of money !!
