Bing's Eatery

After a long drive we stopped at Bings and were so taken care of and rejuvenated. Fresh, local, and adorable. We split the bannock and goat cheese small plate, caprese salad, and AMAZING fish tacos. Plus some baked cheesecake and warm almond brownie for dessert. Thank you for a perfect meal and great service!

Excellent food and drinks. The fish tacos, the salad and the gnocchi were splendid. The dessert was great but not quite as creative.

Fabulous find ! Delicious food featuring local sourced ingredients,.beautiful presentation great ambience. Maitland is lucky to have such culinary expertise in their midst.

The meal we had was exceptional by any standards. I'm not all about local sourced or organic but I feel it was a nice perk and definitely didn't hinder a blissfully unique menu. Their beer list was the best I've seen on my whole trip for those who prefer craft beers vs commercial large batch companies. The salad they made was one of the best I've ever had and their chicken special was cooked perfectly. The fish tacos as a starter were huge and had a good balance of spice. The desert we had was a brownie I couldn't admit to my mom but destroyed my perception of a good homemade brownie. Sorry mom. It was the best meal experience we've had on our maritime trip. Absolutely delicious food, and the gentleman who welcomed and took care if us was a class act through and through. If you are in the area, treat yourself and go!
