Tim Hortons

Bought two coffees, two bagels and then asked for an empty paper soup bowl. One lady started to hand it to me when the manager asked what it was for. When I answered it was for water for our two dogs, she answered, "No, we don't do that!", in a snarky tone. Have stopped here many times over the years, but today was the last time. Great PR Tim's.

Service here is laughable. I attempted to order no less than 8 things and every single one was unavailable. I asked the gentleman working the drive thru what the price of an item was (because the menu was still on breakfast items) and he laughed saying "I dunno". Cassadie at the window was rude and I had to ask her to pass each individual item to me because she forgot what items I ordered. I'll go to Masstown from now on.

Most of the time service is good but wait times needs to be addressed and sometimes the coffee tastes like it is burnt like the coffee pots are not cleaned regularly and this is from a common man who visits Tim Hortons often
