Got yelled at multiple times because we were charging our vapes, told us either put them away or get out.

My family and I moved close to this tims location a few months ago. Went in for snacks around 3am on a wednesday to be greeted with a uggggggh noise from the manager Heidi, we can only assume for making her get up from her booth. She seemed very displeased that we were there and was rude the entire time. We have gone in weekly around the same time and have had the same treatment each time. She seems to have rubbed off on the kid with glasses that works the same graveyard shift and tonight refused us service. Sorry tims....fire the lazy people with bad attitudes or lose customers for life. I will be calling head office tomorrow

It costs 10 bucks for A Trash Meal. Burger King bought them and you can taste it. Go to subway instead...

Very unhappy with the service. Every time I go they get my order wrong and I then have to go back get it fixed or call in. I talked to the manager and she was very helpful and understanding. Definitely won't go to this location again though.

The staff here are very nice. Dropped half my bagel and they got me a new one. This location has the honey cruler timbits !
