McDonald's

Eh. Bad food,and indifferent attitudes all for a low-buck. I know McDonald's is trying with their 'healthy options'. However, these options aren't available at all locations. Also, even those healthier (I use that word lightly) choices are packed full of sugar and taste awful. Had a salad once.... Was almost as bad as eating a burger... I try to avoid these places, but sometimes my family drags me to one.

This is for sure a 5-star McDonald's. The team here are very friendly and receptive. Orders are always accurate and quick.

Standard McDondald's. In front, it may seem small, but there are more places to go and sit in the back. The employees were nice, professional, and I spoke to the manager who was very kind and respectful. Kiosks are placed a bit weird, but regardless, the service was good and the food was as expected.

This review is ridiculously long overdue (I'm sorry) - On July 14, 2017 my family and I celebrated my daughter's birthday with lunch at this location. We were absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service by a manager named Paige - she was so attentive we thought we were at a 5 star restaurant. It is clear that Paige is destined for greatness - she exceeded all of our expectations and should be training anyone and everyone involved in customer service. Thank you, Paige!!

Last evening was the worst “drive thru” experience I had ever had at McDonald’s or ANY drive thru I’ve ever been in for that matter. The vehicle two spots ahead of us was at the window for “30 minutes”!! And when we finally got to the window, there was no apology for the wait or explanation. When I asked what was the problem the large tall gentleman at the window said, “could you not see the 7 cars ahead of you!?” 1. There was not 7 cars ahead of me. and 2. That is no way to respond to a serving customer who has just waited 30 minutes for their fast food. In a fast food drive thru, the customer should never have to put their vehicle in park position. They should be able to conveniently use the break and should wait no longer than 5 minutes. Nothing was explained or even offered for the wait and the gentleman was incredibly rude. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s
