Tim Hortons

I've said it once and I'll say it again, DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM HORTON'S. Save your money . Why, you ask? Today the cream in my coffee was chunky. CHUNKY. I spent good money on a chunky, burnt, coffee. I had stopped buying their coffee because generally it was always bad, a coworker brought me one last week and they got it right! I thought maybe they were turning things around and decided to try again as they're close by. I was mistaken. I'd also like to mention that a friend of mine knows someone who works at this location. They have admitted that the staff DOES read these reviews about the coffee always being bad and LAUGH because people are going to buy it anyway. THEY DO NOT CARE IN THE SLIGHTEST. Inexcusable if you ask me...

Depending on time of day there can be pretty busy but usually ok an doesn't mess up my order too often

Tims coffee is generally consistant. The products are good and generally the same from one to another. The products and coffee are always fresh. Unfortunately not the same fresh as they once were, but are frozen premade, ready to bake. Not the best place, but as good as pretty much any franchise coffee shop.

If you can avoid this Tim Hortons, do it. This is the worst cup of coffee in Barrie and it happens every time. A waste of money and I know several people who agree. I'm sure there are many reasons why but here is my guess at a few: -The coffee is ALWAYS burnt - Sheer laziness when including the correct number of creams or sugars - Poor understanding of the correct procedures to brew a pot of coffee Trust me, you will be disappointed. Someone from head office NEEDS to teach the staff here how to do their jobs correctly... Prices go up and quality goes down? Everywhere else can get it right so what on earth is wrong at this particular Timmies? For better satisfaction and to save a few bucks along the way you may as well heat up a nice cup of mud.

There was a short amount of staff so service was slow. The good things are the staff apologizes for the slowness snd the coffee actually tasted good. It hasn't for while.
