McDonald's

Burritos are cold?? As in the cheese isnt melted at all or even previously melted. Gross and food poisoning incident waiting to happen.nnTortilla was also stale.. quality at this restaurant is just not it.

Service was A1. Lisa in particular was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I went inside for sweet and sour sauce while waiting for our drive thru order. She noticed I came in and confirmed what my order was and said next time just to let her know so I wouldn't have to come out in the cold. Then she added an extra one into our bags.nnFood wise, our breakfast sandwiches were carefully put together, not messily tossed like many other locations. Everything was hot and straightened.

The joint itself is nice, the staff are friendly and it's a clean, comfortable space. However, I bought a black coffee from the drive through and got what tasted like a milkshake, cold and packed with a heavy amount of cream and sugar, super gross. I hope this was a simple mistake and reached out to the McDonald's customer support.

This location sucks.nnOrdered 4 sandwiches, and they all look like trash.nnThese are not cheap. It’s expensive and this is what you get? There’s no bacon on this, one tiny tomato and a sad piece of lettuce. The other bagel looked the same.nnThe other sandwich’s are burned and the egg looks burned. 30$+ for breakfast and it’s garbage.nnAlso had to wait like 15 mins in the parking lot for this trash.

Pretty bad experience we had tonight.nBig Arch and Big Mac combos, both were cold, fries cold and no salt. Seemed like they were sitting for a while. Drinks were fine. You’d expect the food to be atleast hot when you’re spending McDonald’s prices. Sat waiting for my food for over 10 minutes at the window, so maybe that’s why my food was cold. $30 for two combos, not worth it for McDonald’s anymore. I get a better deal and hot food at other places.nnYou guys seriously have a quality control issue here and it needs to be fixed.
