McDonald's

Extremely crowded when I came in but everyone was happy and eating. I saw the line up was about 4-5 customers deep so I chose the touch screen to place my order. It was super fast. The printer didn't issue a receipt but that was fine, I just confirmed my order at the counter and was served within five minutes. Walked around the corner to enjoy my meal near the restrooms and found it was quiet. I stayed longer than normal and had an awesome visit. Cheers!

This place is always busy and has a fairly big play place. Looks very popular for small birthday parties in the play area. Plenty of seating and ordering through the self service kiosk makes it easy to place order.

Worse customer service I have ever. Order a simple coffee that took longer then 5mins to get lid not on probably so it spills all over me and my car before I even pull away. I ask for a "manager" and that "manager" took my info down and told me the supervisor will get back to me that never called they offer something to clean my self up but never handed me nothing to do so. So now I have a clothing with coffee stain that won't come off and have to spend money to get my car detailed that I'm sure they won't pay for any of that stuff. So save your time and find a McDonald's that cares about there customers. Hopefully the owner cares about his establishment and will stand up for the right thing.

Quick service of food. Team member barely acknowledged us as order was passed out the dt.

Wow I guess employees are not paid well or they hate their job. Missed my sandwich on my order which I found out after getting home. Called no answer and left a message, 4 days later still no return of my call. Wife dropped by restaurant not even an apology " you want your sandwich or money back" was all said by supervisor!! Are you kidding me!! Really!! If I went most likely all would have been settled there with head office call on spot as this is not at all acceptable in any restaurant. I wish founder was still around to see what they taught employees and where Mcdonalds is heading in 21st century. If there was a zero, they would have definitely got that from me. BIG THUMBS DOWN TO THIS LOCATION!!
