Tim Hortons

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Anas. The service was quick, friendly, and very professional. Anas made sure my order was correct and served it with a positive attitude, which really made my day better. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. The coffee and food were fresh as always, but the excellent service from Anas is what stood out the most. Definitely coming back again.

I usually do a drive through and have never had an issue. The staff taking the order and the cashiers have been great. Same thing when I pick up inside. The place is kept tidy, surprising with all the customers that come in from the schools.nWhoever makes the happy face on my coffees a gem, thanks! It makes day.

Stopped by Tim Hortons around midnight yesterday and ordered a steeped tea. Not sure what happened, but it didn’t taste right at all — kind of flat and watered down, like it had been sitting there for a while instead of being fresh.nnI mentioned it, but the guy with short beard and with hat, was working didn’t really say much or offer to fix it, which was a bit disappointing. I get that it’s late and things can be slower,but a basic drink like tea shouldn’t be this off.nnJust wasn’t a great experience this time.

This drive thru always has good service. However, at least 2 times in recent months I got stale baked goods that must have been kept overnight in the morning. Yesterday I had a croissant that was too hard to eat. It's one thing to be a little stale, but inedible food at regular prices :/
