The older lady at the drive through on most mornings is HORRIBLE and after several visits to this location, I’m starting to believe she is also RACIST. My husband who frequents the same location interestingly gets much better service from the same person compared to me who is a person of colour.nnI get that the mornings are crazy and I’m always patient but my order is constantly rushed and then often delayed or incorrect.nnOhhh and if you ask for straws, trays or anything extra, the answer is always something like “of course you would want that too!”. Well yes - straws would be nice with the apple juice!nnAgain, everyone has bad days so I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt but this is more than that - it’s a bad attitude and she either clearly hates serving customers of colour or her job as a whole.

Always extremely slow service even more so with drive through.nThey consistently miss items like nugget sauce.nLastly, why are the nuggets thinner here or maybe it's just this location.

After repeated visits this location is a solid 3/5. I’ve had some great McDonalds experiences. So this is a fair review.nnToday is the new McCrispy Sandwich deluxe. Just launched. Cost was $9.00 with tax no combo- just the sandwich.nnI attached pics. Overall, it was disappointing. Mostly because the chicken cutlet was over cooked and had a bit great looking brown colour. Bacon was similar. Dried out and average.nnThis location is the issue. This review doesn’t reflect the entire brand in my experience.nnThe images speak for themselves. The sandwich wasn’t made with love, and it tasted like that. If you order it, take your chances.

They forgot the nuggets in my order so I went back in to get them. I spoke to either the manager or supervisor and they gave me my 6 nuggets… or so I thought. I go home and find that there’s only 5. One of my nuggets has been left behind. I’ve never been very impressed with the service because no matter the time of day, I’ve been told to park while they make my food, but they at least always nailed the nuggs. I’m mostly just sad man.

At the drive through window I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my order. I asked for ketchup with the order. I was told it would be included when they brought it out.nAfter having to park and wait, someone came out and basically threw my order at me without waiting for me to check. It.nThey did not provide the promised ketchup for my breakfast sandwich and the hash brown had a piece missing from it that looked disturbingly like a bite out of it.nI was horrified and not able to invest any further time trying to rectify the ruined order. They can find it in their garbage container outside.nA terrible and wasteful experience!
