McDonald's

Been here a few times late on my way home from work. Usually pretty good. Tonight I ordered (amongst other things) three double cheese burgers made up like a big mac. This means no ketchup or mustard but add lettuce and big mac sauce. The manager wanted to charge $8.00 extra for this. It was $0.24 per burger for the sauce (this was displayed on the order screen). $6.28 for lettuce? Thanks but no. The manager needs to get his head checked.

Everytime I go here they get my order wrong or forget simple things like straws! Yesterday I ordered a milk shake and at the window they gave me chocolate milk. I said," I ordered a chocolate shake!" and the Young Girl responded with, "but we charged you for a chocolate milk!" The look on her face was one of astonishment that I was actually questioning the accuracy of my order. With a huff and a puff she gave me a shake!

Line gets REALLY long at lunch time because of the nearby highscool. Half the self service kiosk are broken. The managers are pretty rude and the drive thru is always slow.

Never going back...customer service is so bad. Most of the time I go there it's always a a problem with my order usually to cold . This time again very simple order...small fries and a fish filet... waited 7 minutes at the second window...no line up... my fries were very cold and soggy... and also my filet.. went inside asked if that was the kind of service... got a grin and an apology... I just asked for a refund... just ever going back.. I'll pass on bad food and terrible service...

The service here is really bad and it's in part the manager's fault. I use to work at mcdonald's so I knew exactly what I was seeing; at this location i've seen employees and managers both do this. On MANY visits i've been waiting over 15 minutes for a basic breakfast meal. To trick the computer system into making it think that branch is doing a good job, they print the food ticket before the food is actually ready and let it sit by the computer. This tells the computer system that food is being served MUCH quicker than it actually it, thus corporate believes this branch is doing a good job, which anyone who comes here for breakfast knows its untrue. If the workers here didn't trick the computer system, i'm certain corporate would have intervened or at least some employee turnover by now.
