Tim Hortons

None of the 6 employee's could answer if the eggs had Milk or Cheese in them (which I have an allergy). A women then came from the back and handed me a brochure and said to call the guest services number and they should be able to answer my question. They did not provide the number and I needed to Google 7 different things to locate it, called the number and of course they are closed on the weekend. Very frustrating experience, this is a common allergy and a very large corporation in food services, you should know the answer to this!

the staff at this location are pleasant and are always willing to make it right! all staff are friendly and serve with a smile. decor is outdated and old but other than that i love it!

I come here daily and I also used to work at this location when it was own by John and since ownership as changed let me just say .. WOW.. as I'm sitting in the dining room as I write this like some other people that have commented it's a Pitt! Is a understatement there is always dirty dishes laying around tables are always dirty bathrooms don't seem like they are ever done .. and the people that work there not all but some strike you as if they were to smile there faces would Crack into.. I have seen head office in there sometimes since I go there daily and super surprised that they haven't stepped in when it comes to getting good responseable workers ...would like to see it go back to being clean at least!!

The food and coffee is fresh, as usual. Place needs a revamp though. Convenient location though
