I just ordered one caramilk iced cap through drive thrunAnd after receiving it i realized it was with wip cream… even for the convenience of the staff i asked them to remove it with spoon instead of preparing a new one but she didn’t…. And after that she started doing arguments…. Tim being such a big brand failed to provide customer services…. How one can be so rude even when it was her duty to be polite but instead i was the one who did that… secondly it was not even that busy…. Had a poor experience with them….

I wish I could give zero stars. That lady would assume that u r broke & u want free pastries! Excuse me, management, take good interview before hiring people for customer service.

Loved the sandwich here, I got the loaded cilantro slow cooked, it was a bit spicy but I enjoyed it.

The man who served me wasn’t writing my proper order and kept trying to force a “combo” on me when I just wanted a sandwich. Not only that but he wasn’t listening and messed up my order. I specified for NO CHEESE probably 3 times and yet still got some. And in my drink “ice capp” they added some sort of weird tasting chocolate chips I think..? I thought it was dirt at first. For reference i asked for a caramel icecapp. Not only that but i had to pay the full amount for my food instead of the 7$ deal because the guy was having difficulties figuring how it worked. And the fact he wasn’t listening to my order.

Hair in my farmers wrap!!!! I’m absolutely disgusted with this location. I have been having the same breakfast for years now. For the first time, I have experienced this issue. I can’t even call the location to inform them as they have not posted their phone number like other locations.nnAbsolutely pathetic!!!
