Pombalense Bakery Ltd

Excellent quality food, atmosphere and service. I’ve shopped here numerous times purchased bread, pastries, expresso etc and it’s always fresh and tasty also I would like to add all the ladies that work there always have a smile on their face. I recommend this bakery to everyone!

Nice Portuguese bakery. I've had better goodies from other Portuguese bakeries, but this one has a nice variety and good service.

I don't even want to give one star due to their MEDIOCRE customer service. I was wrongly yelled at by the server there when I was trying to choose some buns that are not squished flat. She said, "You shouldn't pick at those buns especially when you are buying just 2 of them." These were her exact words. Well, in fact I was going to buy a lot more, she just saw the two buns in my bag and just assumed that was all I was going to get. What a terrible way of accusing a customer. There are so many better bakeries/deli in this area - there is no reason to go here due to their poor customer service and the lack of quality/variety of baked goods. I just went there because it is close to my house but I would rather drive a minute more to go to St. Phillips or Seara Bakery which have better quality baked goods and run by PLEASANT people.
