St. Phillips Bakery

So I thought I would give ST Philips Bakery in Maple a second chance this Easter after a disastrous Italian rum cake I have bought for Christmas …. WRONG! Who bakes these cakes? At $49 a shot I expect something at least decent! This Italian rum cake had no cake! All cream! And it was more a flan than a cake!!!! A real embarrassment at my family gathering! Never again am I getting a cake from this bakery!

Not only did it look perfect, but the taste was also INCREDIBLE—so fresh and moist! The lemon raspberry flavour is a must-try. You have to get it!nnI can’t wait to see how amazing my wedding cake will be. Highly recommend!!!

Always love coming down here! I’ve had the hot table and the pastries and I am definitely pleased with both. I love the semolina in the cannoli filling, solid 9/10. Really want to try the focaccia next time I’m in.

Stopped in after having dinner in the area. The service was super friendly, and the selection, even though late, was vast.nnThe pastries and desserts are very good. The breads and other baked items also looked delicious.
