Decent Tim HortonsnThis was my first visit at this location. Overall, it was a good experience. The line was long, and they were understaffed, but the employees were quick with the orders. The doughnut bites were ok. The new strawberry watermelon drink was decent. The coffee is the winner here. Sweet Timmy's in the casino food court! They had the Tiger-Cat donuts, which I haven't found anywhere else in actual Hamilton. They are open late and have fast service. The sitting area around there is quite comfortable. Even at 10pm, they had customers and were able to serve us all quickly. Great job!

This location has horrible service. I ordered a habanero chicken wrap and was waiting right by the counter for my food.nnI was not sure which side I had to stand on to get food since people were getting their food from both the left and right side. The whole time I stayed near the area while waiting, listening for my order.nnI ended up waiting close to 30 min and I was getting suspicious because other people after me got their food. I asked one person and he told me TWICE that they were making my order. Finally I asked someone else and she told me my order was given to someone else.nnHere is where it gets horrible:nnThey end up making my wrap again but then literally as I'm standing there at the counter THEY GIVE IT TO THE PERSON RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Now I'm furious because I witnessed them make the same mistake a second time in a row, and had I not caught it the second time, I would have to wait even longer for my food.nnTerrible service and terrible communication between the team!! They don't even check to see if people are picking up their right order. They just guess and I got the worst of it!! And when I complained they still messed it up and they only did the bare minimum. I am not a picky customer I just want the food I ordered. Don't give it to someone else TWICE!!!nnAnd I'm especially disappointed that one staff member literally lied to me saying my food was being made after THEY HAD ALREADY GIVEN IT AWAY, meaning he had no idea what he was talking about!!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in southern ontario. Orders are almost always wrong, they have changed their staff to people new to Canada that openly say they don't want to work there but have no choice. Bad service, bad attitudes, and a non excitant work ethic. Expect a 15 minute wait for a coffee who knows how long if you order food. Cleanliness is out the windows, I'm sure none of them even know how to clean.

This location is a disgrace to the company. The quality of their food don't meet the standard of Tim Hortons. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a cream of brocolli. The staff finished an order of the person after me which is everything bagel with cream cheese so I waited again. Then my order came and sad to say the cream of brocolli is liquified and the brocoli are all stems. Disgusting taste and texture. It's a busy location they should add more staff so they can give a quality food and service.
