Frankies Donuts and Pizza

This place is always open! This is our go to place, when we are in the area. But, we have driven out of the way to get pizza, wings, donuts, and subs to take home! The food is always fresh and so good. The pizza is so delicious. Large and hot. We got subs this time. Steak and cheese ...and we were so happy. They are large, yummy, and and so gooey with cheese. The rolls are fresh and we had them toasted. Did I mention...the prices are so affordable. You get more for the money, than anywhere we have tried! The staff is usually kind and patient... You will never be disappointed getting food here!

Would not recommend. Late getting into town (9pm) Wanted something quick and filling to feed family after a long trip on the road to Niagara Falls. Wanted to try something local instead of the chain pizza joints. Was told delivery would be 45 minutes. Hour and a half later our pizza shows up. Tasted like a cheap school pizza. Very little cheese. Toppings were very minimal plus pepperonis were size of nickles with about two per slice. Wish I would have got Papa Johns or Domino's now. Save yourself the letdown if your looking for that something special feel for you or your family while traveling.

I’ll start by saying the good... The donuts are amazing and the pizza is decent. I’m very picky about my pizzas though. Prices are also cheaper than other places I’ve been to. I had never been to Frankie’s but had people bring me donuts and loved them, so i figured I’d stop in for some slices. First thing i noticed was that it smelled like a wet dog as soon as i walked in. Which since it had just rained, i figured someone had just come in for food and brought their dog. Then as I’m eating i find a hair, a dog hair, in my pizza. I didn’t see a dog in the establishment but since the hair was cooked into the crust i can only assume there was a dog in an area where the hair made it into the food. It’s disappointing since the donuts are so good....

We might have missed this place were we not looking for a late nite bite but so glad we didn’t! Nothing like watching fresh trays of donuts come out every few minutes and waiting for your favorite! Pizza was very very good with a sauce style that is slightly sweeter than I’m used to but it really worked. We saw all walks of life come in and be received hospitably. The best part was meeting Elizabeth who tended to us and other guests as if we were literally in her home, very sincere and genuine. Thank you!

Was really excited because I’m from Florida and this place looks very authentic. Didn’t expect to be so let down. Didn’t even get to eat. The Spanish lady server was really really horrible. She was SLOW! Sloth slow! with a don’t care about life attitude. She sucks man really. Like get another cashier frankie she not for you. Finally after waiting for so long to order We couldn’t even order because pepperoni pizza was the only option.
