Tim Hortons

This place is disgusting. Can’t make food properly touching face hair turbines with gloves. Don’t grill he farmers wraps toss everything around care more about drive thru and not all the others inside. Workers arguing with each other this is the wrap

SO SLOW. Really bad. I ordered on line using their app, which info d a great service. I went to the drive thru - I was trying to get something quick- and it took a minute or so for them to find my order They asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait when I got to the window, and I waited nearly 10 minutes! That's not a lot time in the overall time of my life, but it is when I'm trying to get food at a drive-thru.

This place is horrid, going through the drive through made us wait for food which should’ve been prepared already for a 3-4 minutes, after 10 minutes of waiting still no food went back to the drive through window and I asked “is it ready” to which they said yes and then just stared at me waiting for me to say something so I said “Can I have it” as if they weren't going to give it to me. I then checked my food to make sure it was right, turns out they had messed up the order went back to the window and they gave me the proper order and never apologised or said anything just gave it to me and left. Very poor customer service all these owners just want money they DO NOT care about the customer at all.

Great customer service and informative staff. Excellent coffee and really enjoyed the apple fritters l. Owner came and spoke to me as I was from out of town. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will always go here when in the area.

I have lived in this town my whole life and the way this Tim Hortons has progressively gotten worse is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. I ordered an ice capp a sandwich and a farmers wrap, at the drive-through, they told me they have no egg without offering me another option, So I asked how long will it take and they respond with three minutes. Who isn’t gonna wait three minutes. I arrived to the window And they tell me to go park. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to park and wait for food at this location only. 10 minutes goes by no food has been brought out I go back to the drive-through and They tell me they gave their last sausage to the person in front of me when I was already waiting and payed. Why don’t they have food ready before it runs out? DO YOUR JOB. I get my food and they didn’t even make the right thing I asked for so I go back again and finally get the right thing with no apologies from the staff. I have worked for Tim Hortons And as a Canadian, I know Tim Hortons is supposed to follow a certain standard which they no longer uphold at this location.
