Cafe Amore

We attempt to visit Cafe Amore a few times a year, since my partner and family absolutely love it. The food is incredible, the portions are very moderate and the service is quite excellent. Our last two visits, our servers were top notch. Last visit we were kindly greeted, a quiet night with not too much going on. Again, the food was excellent but this time, our server named Madison was less than so. It felt like we were a nuisance to her. My partner made an effort to thank her for everything she did for us, yet as we walked out she questioned as why it felt like she hated us. No smile, no small talk, no suggestions or specials, and the vibe that we had ruined her evening. This experience won't change our love for the place, but maybe next time we will go ahead an request a different server. This place has always had a great standard, and we love our previous experiences.

So I can't honestly say that this place is amazing. The food is tasty for the most part and the service is reasonably prompt. The deserts are adequate but the food quality is underwhelming. I would recommend to go here during a less peak time such as lunch for better service and a less expensive menu. Dinner is over priced and there are cobwebs everywhere. Would return if in area, but not for dinner.

An old standard. Alright for date night backup plans. Good menu selection and nice atmosphere. The food is decent to good. But you can do better for fine dining, romantic evenings in Niagara on the lake or the falls. There’s nothing wrong with Cafe Amore, just nothing all that special either. Have walked out of here once or twice because nothing really caught my attention. Meh.

So many delicious options...how to choose just one?? Great food, great service, and great value make Café Amoré an easy go-to choice for lunch or dinner. Consistently good...I`ve never been disappointed. I especially love their wood-fired oven pizzas and pasta dishes!

Café Amore - the name says it all - a very romantic place to dine - excellent food and excellent service - when a special occasion arrives the first thought for the place to go to celebrate is Café Amore
