Food not great, especially for how bad the service is. Very long wait times even if only a few people are there eating. You can tell the servers do not care one bit.

I have been a customer there for a while and I always order delivery. They got my order wrong once but we're very apologetic. The next time I ordered the owner himself came to my door and gave me a complementary desert. I was in shock and awe at the level of customer service, the best I have ever received from any restaurant. They really care and it shows. Grazi has the most amazing Nutella crepes around. They use real Nutella unlike many other places I have tried, which is one of the many reasons I continue to go back. Plus, for the price, the portions can't be beat!!
