Biscotti Cafe

Excellent soup. Very hearty. The sandwich I chose was the Italian with veal. Very flavorful. Enjoyed the ambiance. Will definitely come back again!

Good coffee, cool atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. Will go there again if I'm in the area for coffee. (I had the Americano and it was great)

They got a new cook, the staff is very friendly. A new menu was added, lots of nice new things for a fast grab and go, or you can enjoy a nice sit down. The drinks were very hot and delicious! Great atmosphere and very relaxing. All home made, made in house. Loveley artwork on the walls

Tried this cafe just before a bike ride on a Saturday morning. The server was very nice, but the food wasn't. First they had no biscotti. A little strange for a cafe of that name. They thought the cook might make some on Monday. So we ordered a Western sandwich. It listed many ingredients on the menu, but strangely left out "ham" - a key ingredients for us 2 vegetarians. She returned our money. Coffee wasn't bad though.

I wish I had taken the reviews I saw here seriously. I went to this location recently and was very much dissapointed. I was served a hot chocolate which was made with water. It tasted very bland. The least they could do was to make it with milk. As well, the cup that was served to me was dirty from the hot chocolate spilling everywhere. The server could have put it in a cleaner cup. The lunch special was a egg salad sandwich and chicken noodle soup. I have had canned soup that had more flavour than that. The sandwich was disgusting, and tasted like nothing. It was just a slab of egg salad on the bread with no vegetables, or seasoning. I was better off going to subway than paying 8$ to eat there. Overall I am not going there again. The cafe was empty for a reason. EDIT: I was surprised by a response from the owner. There were several specials that day, and that was one that I had chosen from the menu. The Barista herself informed me that the hot chocolate was no longer made with milk, as they were not allowed to do so. The customer is not always right, though, my review was completely honest. I have no reason to dishonestly slander a restaurant. The soup and the sandwich were not good. I was NOT informed that anything could be added to the sandwich. It was not advertised on the menu, nor was I informed by the barista. I believe I had the egg salad sandwich and chicken noodle soup that day. It was very bland. From a consumer's prespective, the owner seems unwilling to take in critisism, which would elude to why the cafe was so empty on the day I visited.
