Wendy's

Quick service as usual. Food is what you expect from a fast food chain. I mean really it's not fine dining. Fills the hole in your belly quickly. The Baconator is so tasty but also makes you rethink your life choices after practically swallowing it whole!!!

So I order 2 Jr. Burgers and a kids nugget meal.nOne of the burgers didn't even have a burger patty on it. I was on my way out of town when I ordered and live about an hour north away so I couldn't turn back because I was already home. I never had this happen to me, but I feel like the burger part of the burger is a little important to miss out on

I went to Wendy’s on 24/07/2025 around 8ish.nnI tried to order my food but the girl on counter had basically no idea what she was doing, she had to have the manager stand there to watch her in case she messed up which she almost did and the manager wasn’t the brightest one there I be honest about that.nnShe finally got all that I wanted on my order and I payed but then I stood there for 15 -20 minutes watching her not making my order, like there was no one in the restaurant and she just stood there before she realized oh maybe I should make the order. This girl didn’t even know what to do, she had to get someone else who knew what he was doing to help her and believe me, I was so relieved when I so him make my food because I didn’t need a mistake after the long day I had at work.nnI work in fast food if she is new, she should’ve been by herself if , especially because she didn’t know what she was doing.nI mean I still wouldn’t have had her by herself even if it wasn’t busy.nnI got good quality food for the most part though everything but my nuggets were hot and delicious, my nuggets were like warm and seemed to be old. Also want to point out out that the restaurant behind the counter was disgusting dirty floors an old frosty sitting on the machine and only one clean counter top the one next to fry station, also the old equipment in there looks so nasty.nnI was pleased with the wait for food or that fact that girl didn’t have a clue what she was doing, to be honest not sure if I be returning because out of all the crew that were working only 2 crew was were nice the to me and the other costumer, the guy the new girl had to help her and the new girl a apologize once for the wait but that’s it.nnProbably only returning for the delicious strawberry lemonade.

I wasn't upset about the long wait after I had just got off a 16hr shift until I got all the way home to open both of my salads and the chicken was very hard ..nnI'm a CX. That shrugs off a couple pieces of lettuce that shouldn't be in the container but when it came to the chicken the wasn't editable I decided that drew the line..nnside note : my husband felt rushed at the speaker as I was relaying my salad, I wanted to subside blue cheese and it took him a moment and she was very pushy ..nbad experience over all .

Went thru the drive thru. Food was hot, service was good. Thanked me for my business
