Wendy's

Felt discriminated and unwanted as a customer at this location. While heading to Ottawa for the 150th celebration, my family and I made a stop at this Wendy's location for a quick bite. When I was next in line to be served, the cashier closed up and made us wait at the counter until someone else took our order. That someone else, another unpleasant employee, asked us, "What do you want?" with attitude and hostility. When we ordered, the burgers and fries were thrown on the tray, and the fries were spilled and spread everywhere. After being served like that, we noticed that the next customer being served behind us was greeted well and the courtesy was there for them. If this Wendy's want to serve locals only, they should have a sign saying so. We are Canadian immigrants, but that does not mean the employees can treat anyone with disrespect or discriminate against anyone. I wish I can rate this a 0/5.

Typical fast food experience. Unremarkable but no complaints. Enjoyed my salad and chili. Wife had to go to the counter twice to get condiments she asked for, but staff was friendly and accommodating.

I like the food ya get from Wendy's although I've been disappointed numerous times with the fries, even after a long line in the drive through our fries were STILL cold and rubbery
