Chuck's Roadhouse

Came for dinner tonight. Fairly busy place, but was seated quickly. Ordered the 10oz striploin for14.99 came with corn on the cob and baked beans. Steak arrived well over cooked, but was cheerfully replaced with the proper medium rare. Steak quality was decent for this price point. However it was a little over seasoned. What can I say a steak dinner for $20.00 out the door. Good value. James

Quickly seated, though wildly busy. The only set backs were a cold appetizer, a heavily peppered, rare 10oz T-Bone, rather than medium rare and a steady dripping of water from the air conditioning vents above. At a price of $13.99 before taxes, you can't complain too much. The sides included baked beans and an option of fries or a salad. They carry HP sauce, along with a few other options. They really should do something about the condensation from the vents. Oh, and there's a 3% "Honest to Goodness Fee" (Tax) on everything, before actual taxes are calculated. That's non-optional.

I went to this road house and was not disappointed. I had a great stake dinner. The atmosphere was really good and a great place to eat

The waitress was very warm and nice.. The food was very bland and I was sick before I hit home .. ordered grilled cheese for my toddler and the cheese slices were not even melted .. my problem was noticed when I returned home and noticed my chicken was not fully cooked ..

Great food. Service was fast. Kandice (bartender) was excellent. Hoping to see one in Kingston!
