I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Simranjeet! She provides outstanding service every single time — always friendly, efficient, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I want to share feedback about Jane window and Christine order taker: These two women are FABULOUS, because of them I go out of my way to go to this restaurant, and I go more often then I really need but thats not so bad LOL.nThey remember me, remember my order, they're so friendly and kind, they strike up conversation but not at the detriment of the drive-thru and the times. They brighten my day, and any day I've just needed a positive pick me up, they've always been it. They've also never gotten an order wrong.

Here the problem I have with the Tims it seems like they have different prices, cause the scramble egg box is usually 4.99 but here at 1 Nicolas Beaver rd in Puslinch price is 5.09. Why? As per the manager all tims should be the same price. I don’t think that is right.

Had a drive through experience at this location of Tims. Very nicely poised and easy to access drive through. Convenient maneuvering. Staff was friendly and helpful. Courteous and serving with smile. Food was great. Even the tea was hot generally it is not and coffee smells fresh. Overall a great experience

I stop by this Tim Hortons every morning for my coffee, and I have to say, the customer service here is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are always fresh and made just right.nOne person who truly stands out is Jane. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile and such a positive attitude-it's the perfect way to start the day. Her kindness and energy make a real difference, and it shows that she genuinely cares about her customers.
