Tim Hortons

Terrible service, ordered chili for 2 and waited to be told only one serving left. Waited 20 min for three different people to try to figure out how to give a refund.

Iv been going to this tims on a daily basis for over a year now. This rating and review is based of my experiences with the early morning staff that is working at around 4am. They mess up the orders almost daily. The ability to order breakfast is not consistant some days i can order it and others they tell me they dont do breakfast at this tine. Today in the drive through an employee spit burning hot tea all over my hand and didnt say a word. When ever i pull up to the window the employees are not working and are all standing together talking and fooling around whal im waiting to pay. The staff that is working durring the day is fine and i have zero complaints but this early shift staff is extremely unmotivated and shows no effort in providing a pleasent experience or quality product.

Not the best tims in town. You'll find out why sooner or later. Staff isn't the best between 4:30-6am. Just seems too under staffed. Go to the one across the street inside the gas station if you can.

Will not let me rate this store No Stars. Went through drive-thru ordered large decaf 3 cream 3 sweetener had to go in to store because I could have poured what I received in a large cup into a medium cup and still have room left in cup. They topped it up and I left. Drove around parking lot and had to go back in because it had NO sweetener in it.
