Tim Hortons

I've only been here once, but it was a great experience. I was delivering a package and had to get the manager to sign for it. I then asked him if he wouldn't mind making me a strawberry banana smoothie because even with 12 degree weather, its warm for me as I'm doing a lot of heavy lifting. He was more than happy to which I was grateful for because I had to go and the line was long. I had my money all ready for him but he said I didn't have to pay. I'm sorry I don't think you had a name tag, Manager of 232 Silvercreek, but if you read this, thank you for making my day. I've worked for 4 different Tim Hortons and there are few managers who are as thoughtful as you.

Went in there for quick coffee and a bagel... the bagel was cold even though asked for it toasted and wrong order as i didnt get my cinnamon raisin bagel got a everything bagel, and my coffees were cold and way way way too sugary and creamy for a double double, when i went back to ask for new coffees the man that served me looked at another employee to see if he should even though i shouldnt have to come back in for a coffee that is hot and not tasting like its more cream and sugar then coffee. If anyone decides to go to this tim hortons please try another place as this place will sell you nothing but c***.

Happy staff and respectful device. I wish they can bring back English Toffee back...also fall tine is good time to bring Apple Cider😊

Is there any wonder that Timmies has become the 4th favourite coffee in Canada? Service levels have dropped to an all time low, coffee taste is stagnant in an industry with the bean and the brew all the rage. Let's not even mention the Potato Wedges. Ewww!

Rarely get my order correct and aren't very friendly. I've had one of the staff argue with me over how I should order my items .. which by the way is the way I always order my stuff. Got a grilled cheese panini last night and the cheese on the inside wasn't melted the bread wasn't toasted or anything and there was cheese melted on the outside. Like how do you do that?!
