The location is near Hyw 7 and Leslie St in Markham. From 5am to 11pm everyday.

Good spot and pretty clean for a timmies. Only opened until 11pm though on the weekday when I went.

Food was average and somewhat poor. The pho had a dark broth almost look like sewage water. Take a look at the drinks ordered. 3 bean pudding was absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. The avocado shake was watery and no flavour. When confronted about it that it was undrinkable. The server told me I drank it. I only took a sip. Will not return.
