Tim Hortons

I was early for an appointment in this plaza, so I thought that I would get a small bite, ordering a cinnamon raisin bagel with a steeped tea. I asked for light butter on the bagel - only to find that they've put a huge glob of butter - not even bothering to spread it out. This experience reminded me of why I haven't been to a Timmies in a long time.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Tim Hortons was too frustrating to ignore. The service was honestly terrible. I waited over 15 minutes just to place my order, and the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed—even though it wasn’t that busy inside.nnWhen I finally got my order, it was wrong. I had to go back and ask for it to be corrected, which added even more time to the already long wait. No apology, no sense of urgency—just blank stares and attitude.nnThe whole place felt like it was being run without any care for customers. I get that things can get hectic, but this was just poor service all around. Definitely not the Tim Hortons standard I’m used to. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Like all TIM'S these days, they have become unrecognizable. They no longer feel Canadian. It's a shame really. When every second order is wrong at any Tim's location I go to these days.nFor Instance, at this location, I was the only one in the drive through, I only want ONE MEDIUM COFFEE, ONE SUGAR, TWO CREAM. I am Pure Canadian and speak PERFECT ENGLISH, so the guy comes back immediately after me saying this and he says, So..that's MEDIUM COFFEE, TWO SUGARS, 1 CREAM, It frustrates me to no end that if I didn't correct him I would be not getting what I ordered. It's the same everywhere.nTIM'S just not the same.nLike so many other Canadians we will be switching to another coffee server if this crap continues.

This is the perfect example of what Tim Hortons has become with no diversity in their staff, dirty tables and trash cans overflowing with garbage. If there was zero stars I would have given them zero stars.
