They always find a way to mess up my order. They can't even make a grilled cheese without cocking it up.

This is by far the worst tim hortons in strathmore. I order the same thing every time and nearly every time they mess my order up. Out of the last 10 times visited, my order has been wrong 7 times. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to one of the other locations.

Customer service sucked. The brown haired lady that asked to take my order than just walked away... Very rude. Thankfully an older lady stepped up after a few minutes and took my order. I will NOT be back.

I've given this location plenty of times to redeem themselves but have never achieved so. Everytime I come to this store they either have nothing in stock or I have extremely rude service. As an example, after work on October 18th at 10:23 pm I wanted something to eat, they had no food, no muffins (apparently) I then was greeted by a older lady swearing and whispering other inappropriate words because I said I was paying for my order with a Tims gift card, which she did not accept. I will never give you my business again. I will be more than happy to go to another location. Absolute worst service I have ever had. Learn some manners.
