Great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff was friendly and the service was quick even during busy hours. Coffee was fresh, food was warm, and the store was clean and well maintained. Definitely a good place to grab a quick coffee or snack. Highly recommended!

We usually only get coffee but thought we’d get food today. I ordered a BLT on an everything bagel. The order came back with sausage on it and the most deformed bagel Ive ever seen. Ill include pictures. There was one other car in the drive through so maybe do better, especially when you arent busy. Id have waited a bit longer. My husband still ate it and it was great, but if we pay for it, give us the quality everyone else gets, and dont put meat if its not asked for. Staff are always amazing. We will continue to come for coffee but skip the food.

I much prefer this location over the others in Strathmore. They have a better selection of donuts and pastries available. I love banana nut muffins, but most locations don't have them anymore. But these guys do! It's always clean and has a few comfy chairs by an electric fireplace. I even sketched it with my watercolors, it looks so good! They rarely make mistakes on my orders. And the staff are so kind and friendly! Thanks for a wonderful job!

Went to Tim’s drive thru at 5:30pm, it was not busy and I ordered potato wedges, it was microwaved so only 3-4 pieces were warm and rest all were burnt and very hard to eat. Asked staff to put ketchup, and there was no ketchup and no tissues. Bad service and not work focused towards customers!
