This week we visited Home Hardware because we needed a replacement gasket for our winter water system for our cattle. Even though the exact part was no longer available, we received excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly service.nnInstead of simply telling us it couldn’t be done, the staff took the time to find an alternative solution that worked perfectly.nnWe are very grateful for the outstanding customer service we received. Their willingness to help, expertise, and dedication made all the difference. Highly recommended—five stars for customer service!

I went there to pick some plants and was amazed to see their garden centre. It was loaded, this place is an underdog compared to all the premium Hardware stores with their garden centre. I went to another one across the street and they had less than half of their Home Hardware’s collection. Without being judgmental, the other store’s plants may have gotten sold out but I consider myself lucky to have explored HH’s garden centre. No regrets in spending over $130 bucks in one shot. And Olivia was outstanding with her help in making suggestions for my flower bed.

Tucked behind Canadian tire, small store and parking lot, but clean store, friendly staff and well organized. What I usually find is out of stock at Canadian tire was in stock here! Plus better deals! Did I mention better deals?! BETTER DEALS!! $$$ . PLUS they cut a lot of different types of keys, even motorcycle keys. So... big win there. Oh, free popcorn too. But whatever. FANTASTIC DEALS!! LOL. Sorry... but every time I rush into this store to quickly get in and out, I find myself slamming on the breaks to grab something I didn't need but couldn't pass up.

I reached out to the store to acquire if I could get a discontinued product that wasn’t available for delivery on the website. And since WaterPik has ended its shower division and these specific sets are hard to find. They were able to source the items and have them delivered to me since I don’t drive They arrived 2 days later with no issues or problems. Beyond grateful.

New to town and must say this store is a delight. Well stocked, great tool selection, knowledgeable staff, and they sell water refills for a buck! Very clean and organized, especially for a retail store. Much different from out East
