I had a very disappointing experience last Wednesday at this McDonald’s. I ordered a McVeggie burger with cheese and extra sauce, along with large fries. Despite paying extra for cheese, there was none on the burger. The sauce was poorly applied — only on one side of the bun — making it dry and unappetizing. On top of that, the fries were soggy and far from the usual standard. Overall, it was a letdown.nnThis isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. In the past, I’ve received missing or wrong items multiple times. For example, when I ask for 3 sauces, I often find only 1 in the bag — even though I’ve paid for all of them. Fries are often either soggy or have way too much salt.nnThese repeated mistakes show a clear lack of attention to orders. I expect better quality and consistency, especially when I’m paying extra for specific items.
The best part of my visit today was the fries — they were tasty. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. This was my ninth visit to this location, and it has consistently been unclean and poorly maintained.nToday’s visit was especially disappointing. The washroom was unbelievably filthy, and my shoes were soaked with urine, forcing me to throw them away. This was by far my worst experience ever at any restaurant.nI strongly urge your management and the food safety authorities to inspect this location and take immediate corrective action.
The orders are always wrong here. Drinks always taste awful. Instead of hammering out so many people into the waiting curb. Focus on training your employees to complete orders correctly.
I went to the drive thru today lady ask me if I collect point so I gave her my code because I do collect points but for sure she didn't put it thru order was given coffee don't have a label in-order 1 decaf black and one regular coffee with half cream and 1 sugar and to make it interesting about this branch they don't give receipt maybe if you ask they give it to you so bottom line I'll stay away from this restaurant....
Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe my experience here. My bf and I have been playing the monopoly double play on the app, we’ve been saving our food rewards so we can both get a meal, we signed in through the app on the kiosk to redeem them, the system loaded them as redeemed, deleted them off the app, and printed out tickets to get them at the till.nnWhen we got to the till the lady asked if we had the stickers we said no because we obviously had the rewards loaded onto the McDonalds app. She asked to see our app, where obviously the stickers/rewards were gone because we ALREADY redeemed them at the kiosk.nnAfter that she refused us our orders, I asked her how we can get the rewards back onto the app as we legit used the rewards. She couldn’t tell me. And we ended up leaving.nnI used to come to this location at least once a week and can happily say I will never be coming back. I’ll take my business elsewhere. What a waste of my rewards that we didn’t get. Highly recommend everyone finds another location that respects its consumers. And actually gives u your free monopoly rewards.
