Very dirty place! The play area was littered with food and hair. My son cleaned it up for the little ones. High chairs were all dirty with food and sauce.

Kitchen staff do not wear hair nets or gloves. Food is touched with kitchen staff bare hands. Long hair is constantly being tossed while food is being prepared, hair nets needed as well as a health inspector!

The waiting times at this location are ridiculous. We waited 15 mins for our order and the guy at the drive thru told me to pull up to a reserve waiting parking spot and turns out there's at least 10 other customers waiting for their orders as well and I wasn't able to find a spot to park so I had to pull to the side in front of other cars. Got home and see that they only gave half the portion of poutine. It's ridiculous I'm paying like $4 for this and there's less than half of what's usually given. These location is so slow with its service and they always purposely give less in their fries as well and only fill the drinks 3/4 of the cup. They really need new management! And learn HOW TO GIVE FULL PROPORTIONS

Lady taking the drive thru orders has a very bad customer servive. She asked me to go to next window to take orders personally as she cant hear me. When i started giving her the orders, she doesnt care showing me her irritation and keeps on rolling her eyes and mouthing silent words. Keeps on interfering whenever im trying to speak and giving orders. Always clossing her window even if im not yet done giving orders. She also charged me individual prices not a combo as stated. We waited in the parking space to get the food handed with us and when checked, sandwiches and burgers, fries and poutine are dry. Total waste of money. For the girl who took my order, you should not work in the hospitality or customer service industry if you dont know how to seperate your personal attitude while you are at work.

The crispy chicken sandwich with guacamole and jalapeno is good but they forgot to add the jalapeno peppers. Was in a rush so had no time to complain or replace sandwich. The poutine was cold. Needs improvement.
