Service was great. Got a smile and an extra treat for the kiddo from the staff. The dining room was exceptionally clean and this location was surprisingly quiet compared to most locations. Probably shouldn't let the secret out of my fan Timmies location, but they deserve the business.
I absolutely love getting my coffee in the morning before work here!!! The staff are all so friendly and efficient. I am always in and out quickly no matter how busy it is! Plus I leave with exactly what I ordered and a smile on my face every time!!! Thank you
I had my order taken by Rishita i hope i spelled her name correctly. she was very nice sweet and generous with the way she treated customers, eye contact, polite and positive body language, with a big smile!! I stayed and enjoyed my iced coffee made by her and I just watched her work, I myself have worked at a Tim’s for 3&1/2 years and I’ve never had such good service or seen it even before working alongside others. My food was made by Gurkirat and it was excellent made exactly to standards. As I continued to enjoy my food I just sat back and watched these amazing two people do their job. I even went up to them, when I left to talk to them as well and just say how much i appreciated their respect and care. Their service made my not so best day into an excellent day!! Hope these staff get some recognition for this :
I've regularly been stopping here for my morning coffee, breakfast and the occasional lunch. Always have excellent service, never an issue with food! Would recommend this Tim Horton as best in Kingston! Shout out to Amrinder as well who always has a smile at the deli counter!
To start, don’t reply if it’s the same automated message. This may be the worst location in the city. I work just down the street from this location, so I’m there pretty often atleast 3 days out of the week, and every single time I have been there in the past 2 months, they have managed to get my order wrong. It could be just me in line at 7am and they will forget my coffee with my order, or could be at 12 noon and they could not even heat up the spinach bites that I ordered, they just throw them in the box FROZEN. They gave me donut which I don’t eat anyway. Which happened 3 days in a row, at this point I expect something to go wrong with my order, and just expect to get a donut after every time I go there now. What is the hiring system like? Shouldn’t one show competence in order to provide customer service? Not sure nowadays. Just be aware of what you’re doing lol,
