Today my friends and I had exceptional service from this Starbucks!! I’d specifically like to say that Rachu I believe that was his name went out of his way to make sure we all had an incredible study session. One of us made a mistake and he didn’t think twice before helping us fix it! Definitely will be back. With love, the gals from the couch corner
We offer premium coffee, exceptional customer service, a pet-friendly environment, healthy breakfast options, a pristine store, and stevia for diabetic customers. A wide selection of high-quality tumblers is also available for purchase.
The atmosphere here is comfy and welcoming, the baristas were friendly, and the service was fast. Had to wait a few minutes for my mocha because the drive through was packed, but overall the experience here was good. Parking can be a bit of an issue from what I can see on busier days, and the drive through can be busy, but it's a nice location so its worth a stop if you're nearby and need a coffee or specialty drink
Arrived with a friend with a walker. She ordered and they said they would call her name when done. After a significant time. I politely asked why it was taking so long. The response by these young women was we are busy...I observed that 4 of them were standing around talking. I again asked about the coffee and someone said here...on the counter..no they did not call her name. Rude service. I definitely would not recommend going here. No acknowledgement of a handicap person and certainly unacceptable service.nI certainly wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. Staff should be polite. Not rude.
Starbucks is an experience on its own. Tim Hortons could never! nThis store specifically is fantastic and the girls that were working until close last night Sept. 26 are absolute gems! Super friendly and informative! I forgot to catch the name of the one who served us at the window and again in store. I hope her Monday's always feel like Friday's!
