Tired of having to repeat daily to your staff too speak English. Thankfully today I was served by Brianna who was very patient and understanding. I finally was able to get the order made the way I asked. Also, seen her getting yelled at later this afternoon by a lady complaining that Brianna stole her points when she placed her order. Thankfully a lady called Noris stepped into assist her
Language barrier stopped me from being able to order food , apparently you can no longer speak English at a tim hortons , I am done with any and all things tim horton forever , I was die hard timmies for over 25yrs .never again .not entering a store not buying k-kups nothing .GOOD BYE TIM HORTONS and your hiring practices forever !!!!!
The cashier not counting the cash I gave him, then stalling and asking if I gave him too much money was a serious red flag. It was $0.15 over, so I just left it, but your staff need to count cash.nnAlthough service was good, the staff not speaking either official language in the workplace was offputting.
