Stopped here on my way to Toronto and had an iced latte my favourite from Tim Horton’s and a classic cream cheese bagel. The coffee was great as always, as well as the bagel.nNevertheless, the service is extremely slow even if there are 5-6 people working there, cannot understand why.nIt’s a good place for coffee
Wanted to give a shout-out to Ethan working the midnight shift at this location. Very impressed with his solutions to unlock a perfect late-night order this evening! What a great display of stellar customer service skills. 5/5
I ordered 4 bagels, 2 with cream cheese and 2 with extra butter. All are burnt and I got 4 butter bagels not the cream cheese have paid extra from cream cheese. This thing happened again. Such an incompatible staff who can’t read properly and serve the customer in a righteous way. The employees were talking to each other and laughing didn’t pay attention to the items. This happened to me again in last 10 days. Such a pathetic service from Tim Hortons. Such waste of time and money. I hope Tim Hortons staff learn soon to read and deliver the exact order
Over all a good time Hortons not to much to complain about other then they can be very slow at night compared to other places took us 5 minutes to get two coffees and two donuts and we were the only ones there yes only I think 3 were working but still seems a long time for such a simple order. Who knows maybe something happened but the other times iv come here in the day its 70% the other precent it’s burnt coffee i have yet to have a Oder that was wrong or a donut that was gross lol .
Really simple order was made wrong 5 times over. When I asked if I could donate the food made incorrectly to the homeless, they refused me and told me they were throwing all 5 orders of food in the garbage instead.nnI feel horrible for the wasted food and will not return to this location. I have never experienced this from any other Tim Hortons in Kingston. Usually if they make a mistake, they let you keep the food anyways.
