45 minutes wait for a wrap and iced coffee. Beyond disappointed and annoyed. Cannot believe how bad Tim Hortons has become now a days.
It's the weekday morning rush and there are two staff behind the counter. The line is 10 people long. There's the till, the walk-up window, and mobile pickup, all manned by two staff. Treat your staff better and add more shifters.
If the staff would bring the whole order to the counter instead of bringingnindividual items up, they might not have so many people getting the wrong orders. They spent so long making a dark roast coffee and didn't make my original. Too many screw ups at this store and they got my coffee wrong on my last visit. Employees need to LISTEN to the customer and deliver the proper orders. Maybe offer an english class so they can understand us better.
Why don’t remove the walking window if 7 employees standing in the front and put me there for 10 minutes? No apologize, no responsibility. And they give me a medium ice cap with bad quality!
Flies in the donut displays. Slow service. My name was spelled completely wrong even though I spelled it slowly, and my order was also wrong, they could barely understand me. Not a single person working there is Canadian or a student, in a university town with 1000s of students and few tims locations? Awful.nnThe place was very busy and they were not catching up with the orders, but the workers were moving very slowly, not making an effort to catch up, they did not care. They were also getting so many uber orders which prevented the people inside from getting their orders, and they did not turn off uber orders. Took 25 minutes for my bagel.
