The temperature of a latte should be 65 degrees, not 80. Its bubbles shouldn’t look like this. What’s the point of having a coffee machine if it’s producing this watery mess instead of proper coffee?
I got scammed. While ordering i specifified I wanted a cilantro lime loaded burrito with crispy chicken. They ended up giving me this wrap with nothing in it and claiming I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and wouldn’t change it. So I paid for a “loaded” burrito and got this. Even my friends who got their orders right also ended up with empty wraps. The atmosphere is not clean either anytime I go there the tables are dirty.
I ordered a quencher last night. The attitude of the girl that is serving quencher is ridiculous. Even when I got the quencher I said thank you, but she did not reply back. I want to say, you need to be gentle and respectful to customers.
Bought XL French vanilla while ago drive through. Cup is just filled little over half. Almost missing French Vanilla more than one-fourth of the cup. Really paying for XL not for large size lol.
