Went for a drive thru: Ordered light ice venti brown sugar oat but instead gave me freaking full ice that there’s barely any coffee in it. Will never go back at this location again. The front attendant was pleasant tho. Maybe your barista needs to go!
Love the people here! The customer service is unmatched, I've been served by the same barista several times and she treats me like more than a customer. I was having an off day on my recent visit and I saw a cookie slipped into my order - from a big corp like this I cannot believe how far that kindness went. I'll continue to support this location for a long time! Thank you Audrey!!

My partner and I unfortunately experienced extreme homophobia and hate speech while near this location, but the staff here turned what could have been an awful night into a moment of kindness. They were incredibly caring, checking in with us to make sure we felt safe and comfortable, and even offered to remove the people who were harassing us. On top of that, they surprised us with a few complimentary snacks and a sweet note on the bag that read, “Ignore the haters.” It truly meant so much. Huge shoutout to Diego and Hollie you were the absolute best!
I was really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks today during the Bearista Bear launch. The store opens at 5:00 a.m. and I arrived around 4:25 a.m. to make sure I had a fair chance since there were only two bears available for sale.nnWhile waiting outside in the cold with others, we watched one of the baristas take a Bearista Bear before the store even opened. It was unacceptable, rude, and unfair to see, especially for those of us who made the effort to come early. Because of that, only one customer was able to get the item.nnI have always loved Starbucks for its service and atmosphere, but this really left a bad impression. I hope management looks into this and ensures customers are treated fairly and respectfully during future product launches.
