Its a common courtesy to let someone use washroom. I called lady working here by saying excuse me , she didn’t replied i said again she said wait a second.nI waited for few minutes, then i requested i need to use washroom its an emergency. She said wait a second i am doing work. I requested and said its urgent. She said i am alone here let me do my work.nShe made pizza , then two sandwiches, then coffee. She did everything and i waited for more than 5 minutes.nnThere should be humanity. I know she is busy we all are busy with our work but we also need to understand if someone is in problem try to help instead of avoiding and becoming rude.nEventually i was gonna buy something as courtesy but they way she ignored, that was not good.nTry understand someone might have medical conditions.nnGiving keys just take 5 seconds. I was not gonna run with keys .nnI hope management tell their employees to help each other, after all we all are humans.nHUMANITY COURTESY PEACEnThanks
The best Tims Horton in the city! Staffs are so enthusiastic and friendly, always making me feel comfortable when communicating with them. I've tried many Tims store in Winnipeg, but this is the first one that comes to mind when I want an Iced Latte and Wedges, even though it's quite far from my house. Well, it's not just about the drinks, it's about how they make you feel.
Service was excellent. The crispy chicken in my habanero loaded wrap was dried out though and my dark roast black didn't taste anything like other. Tim Hortons dark roast I've had.
My partner ordered the Sausage and egg in an everything bagel and the girl argued that you can’t get that only in a classic bagel which is weird coz I usually order that from other Tims. We know you can customize your order and these people are just probably doesn’t want to do their work. And then they gave only 1 hashbrown so he asked for another 1 and argue that he only ordered 1. So he said he’ll pay for one more if that’s the case but the lady just threw the hashbrown in the bag and it fell on the floor!!! He asked them to replace it but they did not. I also had reported this to Tim Horton’s website. You should hire people who knows what GOOD customer service is!!!
By far out of all the Tim Hortons, I have been to in Winnipeg. This is the most disgusting, dirty, most disgusting bathroom a human could ever step into, if you wanna be completely disgusted and have your food be crossed contaminated by the workers this is the place to come to, I’m very disappointed and I’m an avid customer of Tim Hortons. I come to Tim Hortons at least six times a day, no complaints whatsoever, no reviews but this one takes the damn cake.nnThere is a huge problem here. You should know the basics of food handling before working in a restaurant.nnAsked for my money to be returned because this was by far the most disgusting Tim Hortons I’ve been in, didn’t take the drinks.
