I went to pick up a DoorDash order around 3:30 PM. I politely asked for some water. I already had my own bottle and only asked for a refill or even a disposable cup.nThe staff refused everything, even a simple disposable glass.nI pick up orders from many other stores and no other store behaves like this.nAsking for water is basic human courtesy. The behavior was rude and disrespectful. They should be ashamed for denying something so simple.nnVery disappointing experience. Staff attitude needs improvement.
The Tim Hortons location at 1877 Portage Ave in Winnipeg stands out for its exceptional service. The crew members are always polite and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. A special thanks for the tea—it was served perfectly! Great experience overall!
Called Tuesday October 21st at 5:57 pm due to a concern with a sandwich I was given with mayo I have an allergy the lady proceeded to say no I’m not doing anything for you and proceeded to say she’s not dealing with it and to bug the manager the next day. I work during the day and was not able to. Absolutely terrible customer service, lady on the phone was very rude and did not care about my allergy at all, I do not recommend going here if you have an allergy as she blatantly did not care at all.
Friendly service. Coffee was perfect, Tim bits were fresh and they had lots of variety.
It seems to be the only Tim Hortons location that has more options on their menu. Other renovated Tim Hortons don't have chili or soup.
