On 14 th april around 4:30 i Ordered mango starfruit quencher and the girl gave us peach quencher. We went to return the drink didn’t even opened the drink went to exchange it but she refused to. She said you ordered peach but we said to the girl at front counter mango starlfruit drink. It was my first time trying the drink. Will not recommend if the same girl is working. She was not even having a name tag. It was worst experience. If she gave out wrong she could have just exchanged it.nI also work at food court as team leader if this thing happens with us we exchange the drink or food and give something like cookie pie or donut also. So customer is okay.
Sry to say but the lady is very rude i got the chicken which i wasn’t even able to chew and who hold the chicken for 4 hours its disgusting it is black do you beleaguered
The place was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient. One of the better Tim's in my city. They are conveniently located along a major thoroughfare. There is no drive-thru and the parking lot is sometimes congested, but the Tim's is great.

**Subject:** Concern Regarding Food Quality and ServicennI recently visited your location and ordered a habanero chicken bowl. I was informed by an employee named Mehak that it would take 5 minutes to prepare. However, the bowl was ready in 2 minutes, which initially seemed efficient. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Assiniboine Park to enjoy my meal, I discovered that the rice was hard and unappetizing, and the bowl itself did not appear fresh. It seemed as though the dish had been reheated rather than made fresh as claimed.nnI returned to the location to request a refund and address my concerns. Despite my observations, both Mehak and another employee insisted that the food was prepared fresh. I found this response disappointing and disingenuous, as the quality of the rice clearly indicated otherwise.nnWhile I did receive a refund, this experience has left me reluctant to return to this location. I hope you can take steps to ensure better food quality and customer service in the future.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
