Asked for light cream and light ice in my iced coffee and the barista made the coffee with a ton of ice and cream. Had to get remade, unfriendly staff. How is this light ice?
Worse customer service at this location whenever I visited.nA white teenage boy asked if I paid for the thing that was in my hand which was a pumpkin led light from Michaels. WaoonI asked “what do you mean”, he said “did you paid for this thing” in a suspicious way.nThen I have to explain that matter that it is from Michaels and I have to show him the receipt and I asked “you guys sell these?”nSeriously bad experience, Starbucks you should focus on customer service too though I love your coffee but I don’t want to experience this things.
Whenever I go to the Starbucks located inside of Sobeys, I always get amazing service, it might help that I always go at roughly the same time and get the same baristas. But I've yet to be disappointed from this location. : they've got some amazing servers there.
Not a cafe. This is a grocery store. False advertising.
This is the second time I've shopped at this location, and only my 7th Starbucks trip in my entire life. Today, I asked an employee to recommend me a drink because I'm ignorant and unaware of the menu. I'm too socially anxious to ask too many questions, but she read my deepest desires and produced a beverage so fine and caffeine-filled that I was in actual awe. I walked home telling every single person I passed what an amazing beverage this was, and can only hope that they go to this location to experience such customer service for themselves. 5 stars, but 6 in my heart.
