I’ve ordered a cheese and egger with coffee but instead of that they gave me steep tea. And tbh I don’t like it at all! Though cheese and egger was fresh but still such a great a pathetic service from such a Big brand. At least staff should pay some attention to what they’re serving while representing the brand. I came here for my breakfast but they literally ruined my day. I couldn’t go back and complain because I was in rush to take my cab. Not going back to this location anyways.
I ordered rice bowl and paid extra for extra sauce, but for some reason she heard no sauce at all. Worst customer service
I ordered blackberry quencher which comes with sparkling water carbonated the person made twice with basic water. I think they filled the bottle from basic water. It’s not fair for what we paying

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Tim Hortons location has truly pushed me to my limit. For the second time, they got my order wrong. I specifically asked for no ice, but of course, my drink was filled with ice. To make matters worse, they forgot to put chicken in my loaded wrap. How does that even happen?nnEvery time I visit, it seems like the employees are more interested in chatting than actually doing their jobs. It’s clear they aren't paying attention to the order monitor. It’s frustrating and unprofessional.nnThis place seriously needs better management and training. Until then, I won’t be coming back.
