If I could give a -10 rating, it would be a reach for this place. FILTY!! Absolutely FILTHY! I came to the plaza for a nail appointment and needed to grab a drink and use the facilities. I choose to use the restroom prior to placing my order. I was appalled at the state to the rest room at 11:05 am. It’s a shame! Obviously this place is all about money only, because clearly the ower/manager or who ever, is not paying attention. After leaving the restroom, I realized it was the entire store that was screaming for some much needed attention. The floors were sticking with shoe prints, the glass door full of finger prints, the counter tops where they place your beverages had spilled drinks and crumbs, the coffee grinder and the tables all FILTHY! And it isn’t until after sitting in the parking lot to write this review, that I noticed a trend with most comment; most speaking about the same issue of cleanliness. And NO one has responded or made any changes!!!! shaking my head!!! I will be reaching out to Starbucks head office or the health department!!! If the public spaces look like this, what is the condition of the places we can’t see! Y’all gotta do better, and we as consumers MUST demand better!

moved around the area about a good year now...this Starbucks is another place with GREAT barristas. today, Don, assisted me with my order, and showed AMAZING customer service.
Every time I order from this place the service is slow. I have to mobile order like 15 minutes in advance just to get my food on time to pick it up before work. Today I left with just my tea because my sandwich wasn’t ready. It makes no sense that a company with this much money can’t afford more working ovens and to train their staff to work quickly and efficiently:
