Staff smiled and helped me learn the app to claim my birthday treat.
I ordered ic doppio espresso venti cup drink with light ice and the cup was 2/3 ful l on June 16, around 7:30pm. When I asked why I was told by guy at front with beard whatever his name is covered by a sticker, it was because I ordered no ice. I go to Starbucks all the time and this is the only location to ever not fill my drink or tell me that it is less because it’s not latte. Then he saud talk to my supervisor and proceeds to tell me every other Starbucks is doing it wrong and refuses to fill my drink or make a new one and just ignored me. What he is doing if we need to talk all the time to seniors. He has no respect at all for customers. Will never go back here again. Really disappointed.
Great customer service, even though wait times can be long during busy hours. Drinks here are consistently made well. But since Covid and the new design of this specific store. They seem to no longer have seating indoors for people looking to work/study. Also no product selves/display cups/mugs/Starbucks merchandisenn*no longer having available bathroom for customers*
This is a busy location!nStaff communicate with each other well, and drink production is quite efficient.nA drive thru at the location might ease some of people traffic in the store, and the area where lids are sourced could use more regular attention, but we've had a great experience here and have found all of the staff to be attentive and helpful which is noteworthy because everyone at this store is busy - even on a Sunday afternoon around 5pm.nThis location is a great meeting point. There are large work surfaces and the windows allow for a lot of light to flood the space.nThe front counter is well stocked and washrooms are clean.nThis is quite a popular location, but is also well staffed.
Don’t go here unless you want 1/2 a drink… got a venti pink drink with no ice and the cup was 2/3 full. Then she proceeds to tell me every other Starbucks is doing it wrong and refuses to fill my drink or make a new one and just ignored me. Will never go back here again and I feel sorry for the people who work with that miserable girl.
